INFA, since 1978!

INFA was founded in 1978 on the initiative of several players in the world of aesthetics: 

  • National federations of beauticians.
  • Beauty schools. 
  • Private players (cosmetics brands, beauty salon operators, journalists, etc.)

Belgium, France and Portugal were the 3 founding countries. They were soon joined by other countries such as Japan, Benin, Canada and Morocco.

> 45,000 international passports 

Since its creation, INFA has awarded over 45,000 international passports to students from schools belonging to the INFA network.

3 different types of passport

The INFA offers several categories of passports: Aesthetics (face, body) Make-up (beauty, Beauty Pro, Fashion Pro, Master Pro) as well as several specialized passports (Semi-Permanent Make-up, Sports Podology, Nail and Hand Technology and Nutrition (Dietetics),...

Every year, some twenty International Exams are organized by INFA, in collaboration with its member schools..

Each INFA member school or INFA member national federation has been granted the right to organize INFA examinations..

Each year, INFA organizes a Board Meeting followed by a General Meeting. All members are invited to attend. This is an opportunity for all members to share their analysis of developments in the beauty professions, and to set objectives for the coming year..
